SPARC
Space Applications & Research Consultancy (SPARC) was established in 2016 by Dr. Ingmar Sandberg and partners. SPARC provides consultancy services, among others, on the analysis, processing, distribution of space radiation data, on the creation of data-driven space radiation models, on the calibration of particle radiation detectors and on the development of Space Weather forecasting/now-casting applications. SPARC partners have accumulated experience as they have participated as individuals in several projects funded by EU and the European Space Agency over the last decade. Despite its young age, SPARC participates in two European consortia of aerospace companies, universities and research institutes that have been awarded with contracts by the European Space Agency. The SafeSpace team at SPARC has comprehensive experience in the analysis of energetic particle radiation measurements.
Main Tasks
SPARC will lead WP 5.1 and contribute to WPs 4.2, 4.3, 4.4, and 5.2.
